Rates: (in US Dollars)

Low Season - October 15 through March 1

• $95/night with 3 night minimum

• $650/week

• Monthly rental also available

• Additional $75 cleaning fee required

High Season - March 1 through October 14

• $112/night with 3 night minimum

• $760/week

• Additional $75 cleaning fee required

Payment Terms:

• $75 cleaning fee is required and is non-refundable.

• 11.5% taxes are additional.

• All rates are for 6 people or fewer. Rate for additional people over 6 is $25 per person per night plus additional $150 security deposit.

• $150 reservation/damage deposit required within 7 days of booking. Refunded within 14 days of check out if damage provisions are met.

• Remainder of payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

• Credit Card payments accepted through PayPal with 3% surcharge.

Cancellations:

• $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is more than 1 month in advance.

• No refunds for cancellations less than 1 month in advance.

Check-in/Check-out

• We will make arrangements to get the keys, map & directions to you at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

• Special arrangements for earlier check-in or later check-out can be made depending on availability and must be pre-arranged with owner.

Please note:

• Absolutely no rentals to persons under 25 years of age unless accompanied by adult parent or guardian for the entire duration of the rental.

• Absolutely NO PETS allowed!
