- $125/night with 3 night minimum
- $850/week
- Monthly rental also available
- Additional $150 cleaning fee required
- $160/night with 3 night minimum
- $1020/week
- Additional $150 cleaning fee required
- $150 cleaning fee is required and is non-refundable.
- 12% taxes are additional.
- All rates are for 6 people or fewer. Rate for additional people over 6 is $25 per person per night plus additional $150 security deposit.
- $200 reservation/damage deposit required within 7 days of booking. Refunded within 14 days of check out if damage provisions are met.
- Remainder of payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Credit Card payments accepted.
- $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is more than 30 days in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance.
- We will make arrangements to get the door code, check in instructions & directions to you at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- Special arrangements for earlier check-in or later check-out can be made depending on availability and must be pre-arranged with owner.
- Absolutely no rentals to persons under 25 years of age and no rentals to groups of singles.
- No parties or extra overnight guests.
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed!
