Welcome to Whitt-at-Sea Townhouse

Located in Laguna Beach, Florida, just west of Panama City Beach, our relaxing, condo is at the quiet end of the beach where you will find miles of uncrowded beaches! It sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 bedrooms - one with two double beds and one with a queen bed.  Each bedroom has a bath so there’s no fighting over the bathroom, and there is also a  half bath on the first floor. We really enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower where you can rinse off after a great day on the beach. The full kitchen has everything you’ll need and the open dining and living area are very spacious and decorated in colorful beach style. 
Located about 100 yards from the beach (across the street and two houses back), you’ll enjoy the partial oceanview from the upstairs balcony. The two public beach access walkways lead you to the most beautiful beaches in the world! We don’t have a swimming pool, but who needs a pool when you have access to the warm crystal clear waters of the Gulf.

  • 2 bedrooms - 2 double beds in one, queen in 2nd. Each with a bath.
  • Half bath downstairs.
  • Air-conditioning. Ceiling fans in LR and both bedrooms.
  • Full kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven - all the comforts of home.
  • High speed wireless internet access.
  • Smart TVs - one TV in the Living Room and one in each upstairs bedroom. Netflix, Amazon Prime and more stations available.  Antenna connected to upstairs bedroom for local channels.
  • Downstairs patio and upstairs balcony for taking in the wonderful ocean breezes, sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
  • Enclosed outdoor shower so you can shower off after having fun in the sun. 
  • All bed linens and bath towels are provided. You’ll want to bring your own beach towels.
  • Maid service upon departure is included in fees. We also have a washer and dryer for your use if needed.
  • Ample parking for 2 cars.
  • Gas BBQ Grill
  • Grocery stores, bars & restaurants close by.
  • NO Pool - Beach is just across the street with public walkway access.

This is our home-away-from home, and we expect our guests to treat it as they would their own home. Please: Pets are NOT allowed.  Smoking outside only.
