Low Season - October 15 through March 1
- $95/night with 3 night minimum
- $650/week (Sat.-Sat.)
- Monthly rental also available
- Additional $75 cleaning fee required
High Season - March 1 through October 14
- $112/night with 3 night minimum
- $760/week (Sat.-Sat.)
- Additional $75 cleaning fee required
Payment Terms:
- $75 cleaning fee is required and is non-refundable.
- All rates are for 6 people or fewer. Rate for additional people over 6 is $25 per person per night.
- $150 reservation/damage deposit required within 7 days of booking. Refunded within 14 days of check out if damage provisions are met.
- 9% taxes are additional.
- Remainder of payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Pets considered with $25 per day pet fee.
- Credit Card payments accepted through PayPal.
- Cancellations:
- $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is more than 1 month in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 1 month in advance.

- No rentals to persons under 25 years of age unless accompanied by adult parent or guardian.
- Until confirmed, rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
Check-in/Check-out
- We will make arrangements to get the keys, map & directions to you at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- Special arrangements for earlier check-in or later check-out can be made depending on availability.
